- Payment card data is processed directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers

- HOA documents you upload for AI analysis are not retained beyond your active session unless you explicitly save them to your account
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:

- AI session data: Conversation history is retained in your account until you delete it. Unregistered session data is not stored beyond the browser session.
- Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations. Stripe retains transaction records independently per their policy.
- Log data: Server logs are retained for 90 days for security and debugging purposes.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at privacy@fixmyhoaviolation.com and we will delete it promptly.
